The information required for each of our services may differ depending on the service required.   • Depending on the supplier, financial information such as company bank account details may be requested to facilitate invoicing and quotations.

We ensure that all information stored in our system is acquired directly from you, the professional, which allows us to accurately assess and track the volume of information required to fulfil your request promptly and effectively. By maintaining clear communication and adhering to these guidelines, we strive to enhance your experience and ensure your needs are met promptly.

We have several Professionals who are ready to partner with us after completing our assessment and audit process. Once they are accepted, we provide them with login details for our system. The portal has restrictions in place, allowing them to input, view, and edit only the clients they have engaged with.

Through our portal, our professionals can access legal firms and obtain legal cost estimates for the work that has been requested and agreed upon with their clients. The Professional can also request quotations for other services we offer, using the information they have, and they have the option to submit this information at any time.

In line with our Privacy Notice, our professionals will not share any information outside of our contracted associates, which include Solicitors, Energy Assessors, and others.

Sensitive Data

4Corners Property Ltd does not request sensitive information that is outside the scope of our services. If our third-party partners need to collect sensitive data, they will inform you (the client) of the reason for this request. However, please note that this information will not be shared with us, and we will not have a valid reason for accepting such data.
